Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a practical form of mental health therapy that helps people learn how to identify and change unhelpful or unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors. The central idea is that if you change your thoughts, you can better control your feelings and behaviors and improve your quality of life.
